30 Oct Next Level’s Trevor Losito Commits to ECU Baseball!
Congrats to Next Level member TREVOR LOSITO on his recent commitment to ECU Baseball! And what a unique story……After his senior year at Green Hope High School in Raleigh, where he was a 2 sport star, Trevor received some late offers, but decided to go to his dream school (ECU) as a student. Trevor attended ECU’s walk-on tryout his freshman year & showed well, catching ECU’s eye with his explosive abilities. But in a terrible twist of fate, he tore his UCL at the tryout. After receiving some encouragement from the ECU staff, Trevor transferred after Christmas to Pitt Community College & joined the team as a non-participant. We got an up-close, daily look at this work to get back on the field & his rehab. After 2 years of not playing, he took the field for PCC this Spring (’18) & put together an excellent Freshman season for the Bulldogs. The offer from ECU came last week. After playing for PCC this coming Spring, Trevor will join the ECU Pirates as part of their 2019 recruiting class. ECU is getting an explosive athlete, with unique speed, a high contact rate & a tireless worker, both on the field and in the weightroom. We have really enjoyed getting to know this young man the last 2 years, couldn’t be happier for him, and can’t wait to watch the next 3 seasons. Proud of you Trevor! Congrats to you & the Pirates!
